He has a proven track record of leading multidisciplinary medical teams, creating compelling health content across various channels, and establishing regulatory and technological infrastructure for private telehealth services. With over 10 years of clinical and consultancy experience, Tom brings a deep understanding of the UK and Australian markets, offering valuable insights and expertise to healthcare organizations and technology-driven initiatives.

Derrick is an NHS Cancer Doctor and also the founder of Adopt-A-Doc. A social organisation that helps connect HealthTech companies with healthcare professionals. Through his extensive experience working with startups, he spearheads our engagement with early-stage healthtech founders - helping foster a community among new founders. He is also very active on Linkedin, creating content to help reduce the immense cognitive load of healthtech founders - helping them navigate the complex healthcare landscape. He is a firm believer in the need for collaboration between clinicians and innovators to build great tools for healthcare.
