Overview
We worked with a client looking for a Chief Medical Officer. To round off an otherwise complete senior management. We worked closely with the founders to establish exactly what they were looking for in this final piece to their puzzle. In this case, it meant there were three key features needed for a candidate: the correct clinical experience, the right mindset and personal goals to flourish in a start up, and finally a set of personality traits that would compliment the existing team members whilst bringing new perspectives.
