HOW IT WORKS

The 6-week process

Week 1: Scoping & focus
We align on your product, target users, and NHS context; key hypotheses or risks to test and what decisions you need to make at the end of the sprint. Alongside this, we finalise the clinician profile and interview focus.
Weeks 2–3: Clinician recruitment & interviews (6-10 experts)
We recruit and speak with frontline clinicians and/or decision-makers relevant to your use case across the right specialties and care settings. This will include structured, in-depth interviews giving you insight grounded in real delivery environments. We handle recruitment and scheduling to minimize time for your team.
Week 4: Synthesis & insight generation
We analyse interview findings to clarify and validate the clinical problem being addressed, including what genuinely changes behaviour and adoption.
Week 5: Client working session
We run a structured session with your team to share early findings; pressure-test interpretations and align on implications for product and strategy. This ensures the final outputs are directly useful for your roadmap and planning.
Week 6: Final assets & recommendations
Final reports and frameworks with clear, prioritised recommendations and practical next steps.
